Olio extravergine di oliva del Garda La Torre
It is obtained from olives Casaliva, Leccino and Frantoio, Moraiolo recently produced on the farm. The plants are grown in single cone and the collection, manual, is made from late October to December. From harvesting to milling pass 24-36 hours, and the milling system is continuous with hammer crusher.
Acidity: very low (0.2% – 0.4%)
The oil obtained is deep green with yellow highlights. The aroma is fruity, fresh olives and gently almond. The flavor is sweet, with a slight bitterness and pungency.
